Counsellor: <\/strong>I see. Now, could you tell me, was this an isolated incident? [\u6211\u660e\u767d\u4e86\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u4f60\u80fd\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u552f\u72ec\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b21\u5417\uff1f]<\/p>\n

Wang: <\/strong>\u4e0d\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e4b\u540e\u53c8\u53d1\u751f\u51e0\u6b21\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u6211\u4eca\u5929\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f1a\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6628\u665a\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u771f\u7684\u8ba9\u6211\u5fcd\u65e0\u53ef\u5fcd\u4e86\u3002[No it\u2019s not. Counsellor: <\/strong>What a terrible ordeal to have to go through. Can anybody verify your account of the incidents you\u2019ve described? [\u771f\u662f\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u4e00\u573a\u53ef\u6015\u7684\u6298\u78e8\u3002\u6709\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bc1\u5b9e\u4f60\u6240\u63cf\u8ff0\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u5417\uff1f]<\/p>\n

Wang: <\/strong>\u6211\u6ca1\u6709\u8ddf\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u6211\u5728\u6211\u7684\u65e5\u8bb0\u91cc\u8be6\u7ec6\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e86\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4e8b\u4ef6\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u6211\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u4e86\uff0c\u6211\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u6211\u600e\u4e48\u505a\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u60f3\u5931\u53bb\u6211\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002[I haven\u2019t told anyone else at work, but I did note down everything that happened during each incident in my diary. Counsellor: <\/strong>Our policy for resolving issues like this involves mediation. So you\u2019ll have to meet with your boss with a mediator and make a formal statement regarding his behaviour and then listen to what your boss has to say. We\u2019ll then try to get to the bottom of this and resolve it to everyone\u2019s satisfaction. You wouldn\u2019t like it if someone made a complaint about your behaviour and we didn\u2019t give you the chance to confront the person making the complaint, would you?
