I told the bank that my uncle had limited cognition and English skills, and that they had failed to make reasonable enquiries about his expenses and ability to make repayments. At the same time, the bank did not know that my uncle was a victim of domestic violence, and this can be proved by the fact that the reviewer believed that he had lied about the reason for requesting the loan.
