GP: Now, I understand you’ve come in today because you’d like to find out what vaccinations your child still needs to take, is that right? ( 嗯，我知道你今天来是想要查询一下你的孩子还有哪些疫苗需要注射，对吗？)

Parent: 对的，我查过了。我把那个纪录打印了出来，也让我的翻译帮我翻译了下。上面说晓明在出生的时候已经注射过预防乙型肝炎的疫苗了。然后在过去的12个月里他注射了预防白喉，破伤风，百日咳和流行性感冒的疫苗。(Yes, I’ve checked. I printed out the record, and had my interpreter translate it for me. It says Xiaoming had a vaccination against hepatitis B at birth. Then over the past 12 months he has been vaccinated against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and influenza.)

GP: That’s good, but there should be more than that. Let me have a look at that. Ah yes, it says he was also vaccinated against polio and rotavirus. How old is he now? (很好，但是除了那些以外还有很多疫苗需要注射。我们来看一下吧。册子上面说他也注射了预防小儿麻痹症和轮状病毒的疫苗，他现在多大了？)

GP: Yes, your child must be fully immunised to be eligible for certain benefits, such as the Family Tax Benefit Part A supplement and the Child Care Benefit.
